What to Expect at Antalya Airport

Antalya International Airport (AYT) is a modern, well-equipped international airport with good facilities. It handles over 30 million passengers per year in peak season. Arrivals is straightforward — e-visa holders clear immigration quickly, and baggage reclaim is efficient.

Best Time to Visit Antalya

Antalya has over 300 days of sunshine per year. The peak season is June–September when temperatures reach 35–40°C and the beaches are at their best. April–May and October are ideal for dental trips — warm (22–28°C), quieter, and with excellent flight prices. Even November–March is pleasant by UK standards, typically 14–18°C with little rain.
