Smile Inn Turkey provides a written guarantee on all treatments — typically 2–5 years depending on the procedure. If any issue arises within the guarantee period, the clinic will rectify it at no additional cost.

What does the dental guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and fitting issues. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, grinding without a night guard, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

What if I need to claim my guarantee?

Contact Smile Inn Turkey's aftercare team who will assess your situation remotely. In most cases, issues can be resolved by a local dentist or by arranging a return visit to Antalya.

The guarantee will be voided if any of the following apply:

⚠Dentist instructions were not followed post-treatment
⚠Subsequent dental work done without prior approval from Smile Inn Turkey
⚠Patient failed to return for aftercare or repair within required period
⚠Appointments missed without notice

⚠Abusive or aggressive behaviour toward clinic staff
⚠Removable prosthetics not properly maintained
⚠Nail-biting, clenching, or bruxism damages restorations
⚠Gum shields (where provided) are not worn as directed
⚠Pregnancy or age not declared at time of treatment
⚠Medication instructions ignored

ℹ️Issues caused by prior dental work or incomplete treatments from other clinics are not covered
ℹ️Sensitivity, infection, or misalignment due to older treatments
ℹ️Root canal needs arising after crown or bridge placement
ℹ️Rejection of bone graft or implant material
ℹ️Prolonged healing due to past surgeries or existing health conditions
