These terms and conditions govern your use of the Smile Inn Turkey website and the dental services we provide. By using our site or booking treatment, you accept these terms in full.

1. About Us

Smile Inn Turkey operates a dental clinic in Güzeloba, Örnekköy Cd. No: 6 D:102, 07010 Muratpaşa, Antalya, Turkey, and an information and consultation centre in Swindon, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Smile Inn Turkey.

2. Website Use

The information on this website is for general information purposes only. It does not constitute medical or dental advice. You should always seek professional dental advice specific to your individual circumstances before undertaking any treatment.

3. Consultations and Treatment Quotes

• Initial consultations and treatment quotes provided via WhatsApp or email are free of charge and are not binding.
• Quotes are based on information you provide (photos, X-rays). The final treatment plan and cost will be confirmed following your in-clinic examination in Antalya.
• Prices quoted are in GBP and are subject to change. Prices on the website are indicative only.

4. Booking and Deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure your treatment dates. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled appointment, except where cancellation is due to documented medical reasons.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments and will provide as much notice as possible.

5. Treatment and Warranties

• All treatments are carried out by qualified, registered dentists in our fully equipped Antalya clinic.
• Dental implants are covered by a lifetime manufacturer warranty (Nobel Biocare / Straumann) where applicable.
• Ceramic restorations (crowns, veneers) carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to proper aftercare.
• Warranties are void if damage results from accidents, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or treatment by a third-party dentist.

6. Aftercare

Following your treatment, our team provides WhatsApp aftercare support. We recommend attending a check-up with your local UK dentist 6–12 months post-treatment. We cannot be responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions provided to you.

7. Liability

• We take all reasonable steps to ensure our dental services are safe and effective.
• We are not liable for complications arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to our team.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the specific treatment in question.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Travel and Accommodation

Where we assist with or recommend travel or accommodation, this is provided as a courtesy. We are not a travel agent and accept no liability for any travel or accommodation arrangements.

9. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@smileinnturkey.com in the first instance. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
